Pedestal Plates are a brilliant way to display and share food.  Great for fruit or bakery items and perfect as colourful centrepieces on your lunch or dinner table.  Use them to share hors d'oeuvres, tapas or your favourite picky bits, great for creating a little more space on the table.

Designed by us, we created the bases in our workshop using a variety of woods.  We then select a vintage or contemporary plate and finish off with a decorative centre.  Each item is unique and a little quirky.  We hope you like them.

Details:

The quirkiest of them all.  One of these has a lighter and wider base, the other is a darker cherry wood and smaller in diameter.  A contemporary style plate, topped with a bird decoration on a gorgeous wood base.

Condition:

Both plates have had busy working lives and show signs of crazing with some scratchers with signs of wear.  It's all part of there charm and they're look gorgeous on any table.

Please keep in mind that vintage or antique porcelain pieces have lived a long life and may show gentle signs of age and use. These can include small chips, fine hairlines, light wear, or glaze variations, all of which add to their character and history.
