CONDITION OF ITEMS
Proper Wonderful sells preloved contemporary, vintage and antique items. There will be signs of wear and tear and previous usage. We don’t ‘fix’ anything about the item as that’s part of their charm and a life previously lived. Please make sure you check all the photos for the condition of the item and get in touch with any questions prior to purchase. We’re always happy to help.
We do give each item a decent clean before we ship them to you.
SHIPPING
We offer a UK Standard Delivery charge of £4.50. Your order will be Delivered within 3-5 working days.
We use Royal Mail for our delivery service
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns on vintage or antique items unless they have been damaged in transit or differ materially from their description. However, we are always happy to discuss any concerns to ensure our customers are happy. Please note that all vintage or antique items may show signs of age and wear, reflecting their prior use, and all measurements are approximate.
